Scrambler bike worth thousands stolen from Leighlinbridge shed

A scrambler or dirt bike worth several thousand euro was stolen from a shed at a property in Leighlinbridge in the early hours of last Tuesday morning.

Gardaí told The Nationalist that the window of a shed in Ballinaboley, Leighlinbridge, was broken between 12.30am and 8.30am on 9 June, allowing the thief to gain access. The bike was taken, with the theft only discovered by the owner later that morning. Nothing else was taken from the shed.

Anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the area around the time of the theft is asked to contact An Garda Síochána.
