A house in Ballytiglea was broken into on 29 April between 4.30 and 8 pm.

The house’s residents have reported that a number of items of jewellery were stolen.

The assailants gained access to the house by forcing a rear window.

Gardai are appealing to the public for witnesses.

This theft is not believed to be related to the theft in Old Leighlin that occurred on the same day.
