Carlow teenager missing since 2 July found safe and well

GARDAÍ have confirmed that 15-year-old Tommy Lee Loughnane, who was reported missing from Kilkenny Road, Carlow since Thursday 2 July, has been found safe and well.
In a statement, An Garda Síochána thanked the public and the media for their assistance in the matter.
