KILLESHIN Ladies GAA Christmas fundraiser was a huge success, with the goal of raising €500 easily surpassed.

Killeshin Ladies GAA held its annual Christmas ‘Light the Town Up’ tractor run on Sunday 8 December. The tractor run began at 5pm that evening at the Leinster Marts on the Killeshin Road and ran right through the village.

After the tractor run, festivities continued in The Glenside Lounge, where a raffle was held in aid of the Killeshin Ladies GAA Club. Prizes for the raffle did not disappoint, as lucky winners were treated to goodies such as The 2 Johnnies Christmas Party tickets, Ray Whelan skip hire, vouchers for local favourites, including Carpenters Bar and Lounge, Ciara Mc Nails and Graiguecullen Sawmills and a table full of hampers to choose from.

All money raised from the tractor run, the raffle and the iDonate webpage went directly to Killeshin Ladies GAA Club for the 2025 season.
