Two teenagers arrested after assault of man in Dublin
Two teenage boys have been arrested after the serious assault of a man in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin, on Sunday.
Both are detained in a West Dublin Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
A man in his 30s remains in critical condition in Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who travelled on Mill Lane, either on foot or by car, between 4pm and 5pm to come forward. During this time, many people were walking along the road from the grounds of Connolly Hospital to Main Street, Blanchardstown.
Gardaí are particularly interested in speaking with a female passenger who was in a silver Suzuki vehicle parked in the grounds of Connolly Hospital during this period.
