Four people have been arrested after drugs and scrambler motorcycles were seized in the Dun Laoghaire area on Thursday.

During the course of the operation, gardaí seized approximately €100,000 worth of controlled drugs.

A juvenile was arrested and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda Station in the Dublin Region.

Follow-up searches were subsequently conducted under warrant at residential properties in Casement Villas and Patrician Park.

These searches resulted in the further seizure of controlled drugs, cash, and scrambler motorcycles.

Three further individuals were arrested during the course of the operation.

All three have since been charged with offences contrary to Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1977/84.

They are due to appear before Dublin District Court on Saturday.
