Missing Carlow Teenager Found Safe and Well
Missing teenager, Tommy Lee Loughnan
A fifteen year old boy who was reported missing from Carlow last week has been located safe and well according to Garda.
Tommy Lee Loughnane had been missing since Tuesday 23 June 2026 from a location on the Kilkenny Road.
He had last been seen on Parnell Street, Co. Limerick.
In a statement issued this morning Garda thanked members of the public for their assistance in locating him.
