Revenue seized over €1,000 worth of contraband

€1,000 worth of contraband has been seized in Revenue operations in Dublin, the Midlands and Rosslare Europort.

Officers have seized six point eight kilos of herbal cannabis, 65 counterfeit items and over 1,700 tablets over the past week.

The drugs were discovered with the assistance of detector dogs Sam and Ciara.

Revenue says investigations are ongoing.
