Schools receive windfalls of €750 each from Kildavin Clonegal GAA club
Members of Clonegal Kildavin GAA gave a donation of €750 to Kildavin NS principal, Gillian Murphy
KILDAVIN-Clonegal GAA club generously presented cheques recently to three local schools after raising money during a festive activity at Christmas.
The board of management of the GAA club decided to support Kildavin NS, Clonegal NS and Carrigduff NS after they raised cash at the annual turkey trot in December.

The children who are involved with the Kildavin-Clonegal club’s juvenile, LGFA and camogie clubs all attend the three schools.
Cheques for €750 were presented by club chairman Ray Treacy, along with the hard-working ladies’ committee, to the three school principals â Gillian Murphy, Kildavin NS; Carolyn Good, Carrigduff NS; and Mary Gallagher, Clonegal NS.
The club would like to thank everyone who helped to organise the turkey trot and those who generously supported the event.
