Knockbeg college meet up for school reunion

Knockbeg College school reunion takes place on 8 November
A CALL has been put out to past pupils of Knockbeg College who are interested in attending an upcoming school reunion.
The get-together is held every two years and on this occasion it will host students from the 2014-15 graduating class for their ten-year reunion, the 2004-05 graduating class for their 20-year gathering and the 1994-95 class for their 30 anniversary, and so forth for graduates from earlier decades.
The event is taking place on Friday 8 November in the Seven Oaks Hotel, Carlow.
The past pupils reunion committee members are putting a lot of work into organising the event, with John Behan focusing on the 1974-75 class and Michael Regan and Barry McDonald likewise for the 1984-85 classes. WhatsApp class groups are already in place and anyone who wishes to be added to the lists for those years are asked to contact one of the numbers below.
The Knockbeg College past pupils’ union is one of the longest-established past pupils unions in the country. This year it will see the ever-popular former teacher and student John Behan take the chain of office from outgoing PPU president Charlie Flanagan.
If you’re interested in going, please contact Michael on 086 8187109, Joe on 087 6384306, or Chris on 087 9162010.
