Acclaimed opera singer to perform in Visual 

AN ACCLAIMED opera singer from Ukraine who has made Carlow town his second home will perform a special one-off concert in Visual when he’ll be accompanied by a six-piece band.

Maksym Lozovyi will perform a stunning mix of music that will showcase his exceptional vocal talent and versatility. A former soloist at the Kherson Philharmonic in Ukraine, Maksym has performed internationally, winning numerous awards for his outstanding opera vocals. Since arriving in Ireland over two years ago, he has continued to inspire audiences, performing with the Irish National Opera in acclaimed productions such as Faust, La Boheme and La Traviata. Maksym has also appeared in the Irish musical  Letters from the Front and the live Rose of Tralee show. For his upcoming concert in Visual he has brought local music impresario Ollie Hennessey on board as musical director. The concert takes place on Saturday 3 May at 8pm.
