BREAKING: According to the Emergency Times website, shots have reportedly been fired in Fairgreen Shopping Centre, Carlow town. It adds that the Fairgreen has been evacuated, as has the surrounding area. All services are on the scene and active, it says. A helicopter is hovering over the scene.
