Over €11,000 worth of cocaine seized in County Carlow in last month
Gardaí are investigating
GARDAÍ seized approximately €1,000 worth of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, including weighing scales, following a search of a private dwelling in Rathvilly on Monday, 29 September.
One person was arrested after a search warrant was executed at the property. An investigation is ongoing.
The seizure is the latest in a series of drug operations across County Carlow in recent weeks.
The previous week saw approximately €4,500 worth of suspected cocaine seized in two separate operations in Carlow town, while earlier in September, €6,000 worth of cocaine was recovered in Bagenalstown.
In total, An Garda Síochána has seized approximately €11,500 worth of cocaine in County Carlow over the past month.
