Three people arrested after drugs seizure in Cork

Two men and a woman have been arrested after drugs worth €260,000  were seized in Cork.

During the search of a residential premises in the Carrigtwohill area, suspected cannabis with an estimated street value of €140,000 and suspected cocaine with a street value of €120,000 was recovered.

A woman in her 40s and two men, aged in their 50s and teens, were arrested in connection with this seizure and all are currently detained in a Garda station in Cork.

All drugs seized will be sent for forensic analysis

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
