Gardaí arrested a man following a seizure of drugs by Revenue at Dublin Airport on Wednesday morning.

Over €528,000 of suspected cannabis herb was seized by Revenue Customs Officers on Wednesday morning.

The man, aged in his 20s was arrested by gardaí and detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at a Garda station in North Dublin.

He has since been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Thursday morning, 13th February 2025 at 10.30am.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
