Sent to circuit court on three robbery charges
Book of evidence was served on the defendant
A MAN will appear before the next sitting of Carlow Circuit Court on three robbery-related charges after he was served a book of evidence at the local district court last week. Joe Curtin, Riverview Close, Tullow Road, Carlow was charged with two counts of attempted robbery and one count of robbery at Hanover Park, Carlow on 1 April this year.
In court last week, garda Caroline O’Malley served him with the book of evidence, after which Judge Geraldine Carthy sent Mr Curtin (28) forward to the next sitting of Carlow Circuit Court on 15 July.
