Man set to stand trial for supplying or selling cannabis

A GRAIGUECULLEN man pleaded not guilty to a charge of possessing cannabis for sale or supply when he appeared before Carlow Circuit Court last week and will now stand trial for the alleged offence. Koffi Tobin, 18 Fr Byrne Park, Graiguecullen denied a charge of possessing the drug with intent on 2 June 2023 at Fr Byrne Park.
Mr Tobin (33) pleaded not guilty last Tuesday, 18 February, before Judge Eugene O’Kelly in the circuit court. The matter was adjourned, with Mr Tobin appearing before the next sitting of the circuit court on 20 May.
