AN incredible €1,800 was raised for Éist Cancer Support Centre Carlow and the Irish Cancer Society at Carlow Garda Station during the annual coffee morning on Daffodil Day, 20 March.

There was a great buzz at the station, with many representatives of the local community present to show their support for such a worthy cause, while enjoying the delicious treats and baked goods provided by members of An Garda Síochána.
