TULLOW man Robert Healy who died unexpectedly earlier this week and who has been described as a “kind, articulate and always smiling” will be laid to rest on Friday.

Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal for help in tracing a 24-year-old man who has been missing from his home in south-west Wicklow since the early hours of this morning.
