IRISH butchery talent was in the spotlight in Dingle recently as Murphy’s Craft Butchers of Tullow took home two coveted gold awards at the prestigious Blas na hÉireann food awards.

Jim and Bernadette Murphy from Murphy’s Craft Butchers in Tullow were part of a six-person team representing Ireland.
