A CHEQUE for €27,110 was formally presented to suicide prevention charity Pieta House two weeks ago, following a hugely successful fundraising night held in memory of the late Sharon Brennan from Killeshin.

All proceeds went to supporting mental health and suicide prevention.

TINRYLAND author Gregg Murphy has released a new novella exploring themes of mental health in the lead-up to Christmas, with all proceeds generated before Christmas being donated to the suicide and self-harm prevention charity Pieta.
