Finn Lynch has marked the start of his Olympic campaign with a Bronze medal in Mallorca.

The final day of fleet racing for the Princess Sofia Trophy in Mallorca saw race wins for two Irish sailors as attention now turns to Saturday's medal finals.

After a breezy fourth day of racing for the Princess Sofia Trophy in Mallorca, Ireland's Finn Lynch (National Yacht Club) improved his overnight standing to fourth overall in the Men's one-person dinghy.

After two days of racing at the opening regatta of the Los Angeles Olympic cycle, the senior team have secured Gold fleet qualification in all classes at the Princess Sofia Trophy.
