A former Athy pub and restaurant is to be sold at auction later this month.
The popular Emigrant Bar and Eatery traded on Emily Square until 2022.
The building comprises a former public house and restaurant together with a three-bedroom apartment overhead.
The property is currently vacant and BidX1 are organising an online auction on 27 March. The guide price is €300,000.
