Carlow GAA and Club Carlow have officially launched a new APP for supporters, developed in partnership with SocialTies. The platform provides a dedicated, county-branded home where supporters can access everything they need to follow Carlow GAA in one place.

Designed to strengthen the connection between supporters and the county game, the App brings together fixtures, results, news, ticket information, club updates and exclusive Carlow GAA content into a single place. Whether supporters are attending games, following from home or keeping in touch from overseas, they now have one central destination for everything happening across Carlow GAA.

The launch forms part of a wider commitment by both Carlow GAA and Club Carlow to modernise supporter engagement, strengthen community connections and create new opportunities to support the development of Gaelic Games throughout the county.

Importantly, the platform is free for supporters and for Carlow GAA and local and national businesses can engage directly with the Carlow GAA audience via the platform. This creates a sustainable source of funding that will support players, clubs, coaching programmes and facilities across the county.

John McDonald , Chairperson of Carlow GAA, said:

"We are delighted to launch the Carlow GAA App alongside Club Carlow and SocialTies. It provides our supporters with a modern, accessible and engaging way to stay connected with Carlow GAA, while also creating a new revenue stream that will directly benefit Gaelic Games throughout the county. This is a significant step forward in how we engage with our supporters and grow our games."

David Walsh, Chairman of Club Carlow, added:

"Club Carlow is proud to support the launch of this exciting new initiative. Our role has always been to help provide the resources and opportunities that allow Gaelic Games in Carlow to thrive. This App not only strengthens the connection between supporters and our teams, but also provides a unique opportunity for businesses and supporters to contribute directly to the future success of Carlow GAA. Every supporter who engages with the platform is helping to create value that stays within the county and benefits our clubs, players and communities."

Walter Walsh, CEO and Founder of SocialTies, said:

"We are delighted to partner with both Carlow GAA and Club Carlow on this launch. The platform has been built around a simple principle, giving supporters one place for everything that matters while ensuring that the value created by supporter engagement is reinvested back into the local community. We look forward to working closely with Carlow GAA and Club Carlow as the platform continues to grow."

The App is available now and offers supporters a new way to follow, support and engage with Carlow GAA while helping to generate additional investment in the future of Gaelic Games across the county.
