Navigate the new BER changes with trusted local experts and maximise your SEAI grants with 2eva
Two-storey cottage revamp
An important update has recently happened in the Building Energy Rating (BER) scheme by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). The BER scale has been simplified to the following categories: A0, A, B, C, D, E, F, G. All sub categories (such as B1, B2, B3) will be removed. This reduces the number of rating levels from 15 to a more user friendly 8. A0 (A zero) is a new category for the most energy efficient homes. Existing BER rules remain unchanged. 2eva is your local expert energy consultancy and can help you maximise Grant amounts through the SEAI for insulation, doors & windows, heat pumps etc.
With multidisciplined colleagues in Laois, Kildare, Limerick, Donegal, Dublin, Wexford, Tipperary, Mayo, Offaly and of course several in the Carlow office we provide a range of technical auditing and service provision to homeowners and professional building companies.
Publishing over 5,000 BERs a year gives 2eva a deep understanding of how the SEAI system works best and working closely with industry leading installation partners we can guide you through the process for a successful and prompt SEAI claim.
