Pleaded guilty in Carlow Circuit Court to theft of DJ equipment

A 22-YEAR-old man pleaded guilty last week to the theft of DJ equipment and mobile phones when he was arraigned before Carlow Circuit Court. Brian Okolo pleaded guilty to the theft of DJ decks, two phones and a guitar from an address at Mill Lane, Carlow on 11 October 2024. He also pleaded guilty to possessing stolen property at his home address of 10 Sheehy Skeffington Meadows, Tallaght, Dublin on the same date.
Judge Mary Morrissey ordered a victim impact statement and adjourned sentencing until the next sitting of Carlow Circuit Court in May, remanding Mr Okolo on continuing bail until then.
