A Cycle0 Biomethane Plant in Lleida, Spain

A GROUP in south Kildare have asked the community to sign a petition against the planned construction of a biomethane plant in the idyllic rural setting of Ballyvass and Kilkea.

The Ballyvass Concern Group say the proposed development not only affects the residents living on the Ballyvass Road but the whole wider community of Kilkea, Mullaghreelan, Castledermot, Ballinamona, Moone, Hobartstown and surrounding areas and could put the Mullaghreelan woods, home to protected wildlife species, at severe risk.

They ask that you take time to read the petition and, if in agreement, to sign and share it. No donations are required if asked when signing the petition. To sign the petition, click here.
