Man fined €400 for threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour

A CARLOW man was convicted and sentenced in his absence on a public order charge after he failed to show up before the local district court last week.
Nike Judin (21) Carrigbrook, Tullow Road, Carlow was fined €400 for engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour at Carrigbrook on 22 July last year.
