€1k of cannabis found in house in Carlow town

AROUND €1,000 worth of suspected cannabis was found in a house in Carlow town that was searched by gardaí on 28 June. Gardaí had obtained a warrant and searched the house at 7.30pm on that day. Inside, they found suspected cannabis to the value of €1,000. The suspected cannabis was seized and sent for analysis to Forensic Science Ireland. So far, no-one has been charged in relation to the seizure and investigations are ongoing.
