UPDATED: A 14-year-old boy from Carlow town who was reported missing has been located safe and well.
Eddie Moroney (14) had been reported missing from Kilkenny Road, Carlow since the afternoon of Tuesday 18 August.
An Garda Síochána thanked the media and the public for their assistance.
