The price of buying a home in Ireland last year rose by 9 per cent, according to the latest report from Daft.ie

Housing prices nationally rose by an average of 1.8% in the first three months of 2024, according to the latest House Price Report.

Just 11,000 houses were listed for sale on Daft.ie on December 1st, 27% fewer than on the same date a year earlier.
