Gardaí have charged a man, aged in his 40s, following a seizure of €97,000 in combined drugs during a search in Tallaght, Dublin 24 on Thursday

Both men have since been charged in relation to these seizures

The incident happened just after 11pm at the vacant property on High Street in Tallaght

The man was approaching gardaí and then proceeded to discard the firearm over a wall and run from the scene.
