The victim was found in a flat with serious injuries on Thursday evening.

The suspects were held as part of a probe into the smuggling of drugs into Northern Ireland from the Republic of Ireland.

The incident happened outside a school in the Marlborough Park North area of south Belfast on Friday.

Mr Donegan was shot dead in Belfast five years ago.
