The incident occurred during an urban flight by unmanned drone delivery company in July 2022.

Judge Treasa Kelly noted that the State had completed a book of evidence and served it on the accused in court.

Ainis Guzauskus (41) is accused of an offence under section three of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 1975
