Paul McCarthy of Dowth Avenue, Cabra in Dublin appeared before Cork District Court on Wednesday on a charge of arson at Fernbrook, Ballincrokig in Co Cork on April 24th last.

Police said a body was discovered after the blaze was extinguished in the Rylagh Road area of Omagh on Saturday.

The attack took place at 9 pm on Thursday when the pensioners were at their home in Ballincrokig in Dublin Pike.

The arson attack occurred at Pike Avenue, Garryowen, shortly before 10pm.

The arrests are in relation to a fire at a premises on December 16th.

Opening the doors on Saturday, he was serving Arabic coffee and selling groceries and spices to what he termed a warm welcome.

Two men, aged in their 30s and 50s and a woman in her 20s were arrested.

Seamus Walsh attended a protest at the hotel on Friday and gave an interview to RTÉ, in which he insisted that local people were "afraid of what they will encounter from now on with every sort of stranger in the area."

Police are appealing for information and witnesses following the report of criminal damage at the side door of Our Lady and St Patrick’s Catholic Church.
