The mother of Eoghan and Ruairi Chada says the prospect of her former husband applying for parole every two years leaves victims' families trapped in a cycle of fear and uncertainty, as she calls for minimum terms before parole can be considered.

Kathleen met with the parole board on Tuesday, and she told RTÉ radio’s Today with David McCullagh show that she had felt the board had been respectful and empathetic and she felt “heard.”
