David Furnish and his husband Sir Elton John are two of the household names bringing legal action against Daily Mail publisher Associated Newspapers.

The Duke of Sussex appeared on the verge of tears as he concluded his evidence at the High Court in London on Wednesday.

Associated Newspapers Limited has firmly denied allegations it carried out or commissioned unlawful activities.
