Community Action Tenants Union (CATU) South Wicklow-Wexford said that the residents of Hazelwood Housing Estate, in the village of Bridgetown, have “three demands, those of which will be provided in writing to Patchflow Ltd in due course”.

Over the coming weeks, the company will meet tenants on an individual basis to discuss their circumstances and explore what options may be available to them.

It is estimated about 100 people, including children, are affected by the termination notices issued to 36 homes. Some have been instructed that they must vacate their properties in May and others in August.
