Following out-of-court discussions, Judge Oisín Quinn on Friday was informed Trinity Hospitality and Yamamori had resolved the matter, and that both parties wanted the proceedings to be stayed.

Counsel for Trinity Hospitality submitted to the High Court on Tuesday that Yamamori Izakaya is a “company making profit”, and is not “providing a cultural institution to Dublin”.

The Hoxton, formerly the Central Hotel in Exchequer Street, claims it has had to close 31 bedrooms because of complaints from guests about noise from the Yamamori Izakaya restaurant and nightclub/late-night bar.

The Hoxton Hotel has claimed that, because of complaints from its guests about late-night music from Yamamori Izakaya restaurant/nightclub, it has had to close 31 of its 129 bedrooms

A protest was held on Tuesday night after a hotel sought an injunction against the sound coming from a late-night venue in Dublin.
