Two male drivers were conveyed to Beaumont Hospital for treatment of injuries after a crash on the M1 Junction 6 (Southbound) in Co Dublin.

Jackie Sexton (nee Tyrrell) took the case against Deebert House Hotel Ltd, Kilmallock, Co Limerick, over the incident that occurred in the late hours after her wedding.

The stabbing occurred outside Coláiste Mhuire national school in Dublin 1 on November 23rd, 2023, in which several others were injured.

The child was unresponsive when brought to hospital

The injured man was rushed by ambulance from the scene, located about 16km from Limerick city, to University Hospital Limerick, where is was in a serious condition.

The incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday morning last in the centre of Ballyshannon.

Two men in their 20s, one in his 30s and one in his 40s sustained what are described as non-life threatening injuries.

The HSE said the most common type of injuries among bike users were to their heads, elbows or forearms.
