Noah Musueni was faced with an 'unimaginable scene' when men entered the restaurant armed with guns, the Special Criminal Court was told

Det Gda Dermot Sloan has been taking the Special Criminal Court through montages of CCTV footage from Browne's Steakhouse on December 24th last year

Adisa Ajredini told the court that she dragged her mother, who also worked at the steakhouse, under a table to shelter after hearing what she thought was machine-gun fire.

The court heard the injured party, from whom the man was separated, had contacted gardaí in the early hours of the morning on December 24th, 2020, to say the accused was in her home.

Tristan Sherry (26) died in hospital as a result of injuries he sustained during an incident at Browne’s Steakhouse in Blanchardstown

A number of people have already been charged in relation to the incident
