Garda Sergeant Jim Collins told the court that the 20-year-old was found drunk and asleep at Market Square in Letterkenny at 4:40pm on June 22nd last.

A total of 45 vehicles were seized by gardaí from Thursday to Monday in several villages and towns.

The 19-year-old, who has no previous convictions, made full admissions and was apologetic to gardaí, the court was told.
