Jury told to find Garda not guilty on five of 22 allegations related to motoring prosecutions

Tom Flavin, (51), Rathkeale Garda Station, Co Limerick, went on trial before Limerick Circuit Criminal Court on May 27th accused of 22 counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
