Schofield departed ITV in the wake of his secret affair revelations, following him leaving This Morning that same month in May 2023.

Schofield resigned from ITV and was dropped by his talent agency after admitting to an ‘unwise but not illegal’ relationship.

The 16th series of Dancing On Ice, due to launch in January, will see 12 celebrities take to the ice in a bid to impress a panel of judges.
