The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) released their latest batch of enforcement and closure orders, which saw four restaurants in the country hit with closure orders.

In one case, a rat was observed on the premises, with rat droppings present on the floors and shelving where food was stored.

The Food Safety Authority has recalled dozens of ready meals and food products as a precaution.

Café Sol in Cornelscourt Shopping Centre in Foxrock, Co Dublin, was one of several businesses served with closure orders by food safety officers in September.
