A Man who admitted assaulting his father and causing extensive damage to his property is to appear before Carlow District Court in six weeks’ time for a probation report.

A man aged in his 20s was arrested at the scene.

A DOG owner told Carlow District Court last week that he has paid a donation to a canine charity and was willing to pay compensation to injured parties after his two dogs attacked them.

Evidence was given that the dogs “attacked” a 13-year-old girl and were “barking and snapping” at the girl and her sister
