Enoch Burke said his move to the Roscommon Prison from Mountjoy Prison in Dublin breached an earlier court order

In the High Court on Monday, his brother Isaac Burke sought his release.

The man, with an address in the Dublin area, had allegedly booked an apartment in Letterkenny for a number of days.

The man was extradited from Northern Ireland last month to face the allegations.
