Judges in Belfast have ruled that NI Secretary Hilary Benn is acting unlawfully in failing to hold a public inquiry into Mr Brown’s murder.

Mr Justice Kinney said he cannot hold an inquest into the killing of Sean Brown by loyalist paramilitaries due to multiple redactions in the evidence.

His inquest began in March and is scheduled to resume next January.
