Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Gino Kenny said the committee will hear from those who aim to adopt a "compassionate health-led approach" to delivering services which reduce harm and support recovery.

People will be asked to vote on a series of amendments to the Constitution

The party also passed a series of motions on disability rights.
