More than €6.28 million has been awarded to a project involving two communities impacted by tragedy.

The funding is to assist 369 Men’s Sheds with their running and operational costs.

The announcement by the firm comes ahead of the company’s 50th milestone birthday in Ireland in 2027.

A report was launched on Wednesday making recommendations on ensuring politicians’ safety and wellbeing.
